Developed and executed an integrated media campaign in partnership with 11Alive's Atlanta & Company to elevate awareness of construction career opportunities, strengthen JE Dunn's employer brand, and amplify the mission of workforce development partner Construction Ready. The initiative included strategic messaging, campaign planning, script development, executive preparation, on-site production coordination, paid media, digital advertising, and social media activation.

The campaign reached more than 1.1 million television viewers, generated 2.2 million digital ad impressions, drove 48,000 visits to the campaign microsite, and achieved engagement rates exceeding industry benchmarks across LinkedIn and Facebook. By aligning workforce development messaging with JE Dunn Atlanta's 40th Anniversary, the campaign transformed a local community partnership into a high-visibility regional brand platform.
